Absolutely. Every Nyxxen order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, no brand names, and no indication of what's inside.

Your bank statement will show a discreet billing descriptor — not "Nyxxen" or anything related to intimate products. We ensure your privacy extends to your financial records.

No. We never share your order details with anyone. Your purchase history and personal information are kept completely confidential.

Shipping & Delivery

Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed.

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future — check back soon.

We process orders quickly, but if you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us at support@nyxxen.com as soon as possible.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery. Items that have been opened cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
